This project is a complete backyard transformation, replacing an aging and weathered wood deck with a beautiful and highly functional screened porch. The original deck had reached the end of its lifespan, detracting from the home's appeal. The new structure provides a massive upgrade in both style and usability, crafted entirely from modern, low-maintenance materials. 

The dated lattice skirting was replaced with a stylish, contemporary horizontal slat design using variegated composite deck boards. The porch frame and railings are finished in crisp white, which is sharply contrasted by sleek black balusters for a modern look.
