Stock You Can't Order Online
A surplus warehouse and a furniture liquidator work the same way: what arrives is what someone else let go of. That makes the inventory unrepeatable - and it makes the prices possible.
- Bought in bulk, priced accordingly. Corporate and government lots come in whole, so a desk costs a fraction of retail.
- Genuine surplus, not costume gear. Real issue equipment alongside Propper, Rothco, Condor, CamelBak, Thorlo and Texsport.
- Cut and fitted in the store. Foam is measured and cut here, usually while you wait.
- Someone who knows the stock. Ask. If it isn't on the floor, there's a good chance it's in the back.

Before You Come In
Do you sell online or ship orders?
Hull Street Outlet is a walk-in store. Stock turns over constantly and much of it is one-of-a-kind, so the surest way to buy is to come in. Call us at 804-275-9239 and we'll tell you what's on the floor before you make the drive.
What if I don't see the item I need?
Ask anyway. Not everything is out on the floor, and a good share of the warehouse never makes it onto a shelf. If we don't have it, we'll usually know when the next lot is due.
How does custom cut foam rubber work?
Bring the measurements - or the old cushion - and we'll cut foam to size, usually while you wait. We stock several densities for seating, mattress toppers, boat and camper seats, packing and sound absorption. More on foam rubber.

Local delivery is available throughout Richmond and the Tri-Cities. Tell us the address and the load and we'll quote it - send us the details or call the store.
