Furniture Cushions
Sofa and chair seats, backs, window seats and bench pads. Replace a collapsed cushion without reupholstering the whole piece.
A Richmond First
Sam Finn was, by all accounts, the first retail merchant in America to offer custom cut foam rubber to the public. Seventy-odd years later it's still one of the reasons people walk through the door - and still done the same way: you tell us the size, we cut it to the size.
There's no minimum order, no week-long wait, and no need to buy a full sheet when you need one cushion. Most cuts are done while you wait.
Not sure of the size? Bring the old cushion, the seat frame, or the cover. We'll measure it here and cut to match.
What It's For
Sofa and chair seats, backs, window seats and bench pads. Replace a collapsed cushion without reupholstering the whole piece.
Replacement cushions for boat benches, V-berths, camper dinettes and RV bunks - cut to the odd shapes those spaces actually are.
Standard sizes, plus the ones nobody stocks: bunks, antique frames, truck sleepers, daybeds and futons.
Panels for practice rooms, studios, equipment enclosures and workshops, cut to the wall or the cabinet you're treating.
Protective inserts for tool cases, instrument cases, camera gear and shipping crates.
Kneeling pads, drawer liners, gasket stock and anti-vibration blocking - cut from the same sheets, priced by the piece.
How It Works
Length, width and thickness is all we need. If you'd rather not guess, bring the cushion or the frame and we'll measure it at the counter.
Soft for toppers and backs, medium for general seating, firm for cushions that get sat on every day. We'll walk you through what suits the job.
Most orders are cut on the spot. Larger or unusual jobs may take longer - we'll tell you before you leave, not after.
We're at 3820 Richmond Highway, open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 4pm. Call ahead if it's an unusual size and we'll check the stock before you come out.
