The undeniable heart of the new space is a grand, wood-burning masonry fireplace, custom-built from the foundation up and clad in rustic stacked stone for a powerful focal point. 

The porch itself is defined by its graceful and expansive arched screen openings, which lend a classic elegance to the structure while offering panoramic backyard views. Inside, the soaring vaulted ceiling is finished in a clean, bright white and features two large skylights, creating an incredibly airy and light-filled atmosphere. A new adjoining deck provides the perfect space for grilling, completing this masterful blend of stately architecture and comfortable, all-season outdoor living.
