Custom Craftsman Timber Detailing

This collection of projects is a celebration of the Arts and Crafts style, showcasing how custom heavy timber details can bring profound architectural character to any structure. The first project is a new two-car detached garage, defined by its striking timber awning complete with large, gracefully curved brackets and decorative exposed rafter tails. 

This same design language was then masterfully applied to an existing home, transforming a flat facade with the addition of a handsome new front portico. This smaller awning features the same custom-milled brackets and exposed wood structure, adding much-needed dimension and a powerful focal point to the entryway. Both projects demonstrate a mastery of natural wood craftsmanship, turning functional structures into works of architectural art with a timeless, handcrafted and substantial feel.
