Rustic Timber Frame Porch & Deck

This project is a stunning showcase of rustic elegance, featuring a new open-air deck and a magnificent timber frame screened porch. The porch is the architectural centerpiece, constructed with massive, rough-sawn wood posts and beams that create a powerful, grounded presence. Graceful, curved knee braces form beautiful arches within the sturdy frame, adding a touch of classic, artisanal craftsmanship. 

This expansive covered space is fully screened, providing a spacious, insect-free outdoor room for three-season enjoyment. The project thoughtfully combines the open deck with the protected porch, using rich, dark-stained hardwood for the porch floor. The entire structure is unified by a railing with sleek black metal balusters and is beautifully integrated into the landscape with a new stone retaining wall at its base.
