This project is a substantial two-story addition to a classic Colonial home, masterfully designed with the primary goal of seamless architectural integration. The challenge was to add significant new living space without compromising the home’s original character and stately proportions. Our team meticulously matched every exterior detail, from the new brick foundation to the traditional wood clapboard siding and the classic multi-pane windows. 

The new roofline and charming dormer, featuring an elegant copper roof, were designed to look as though they have always been part of the home. This thoughtfully planned addition provides a spacious, light-filled new living area on the first floor and an expanded suite on the second, all while preserving and enhancing the home’s timeless curb appeal and historic charm.
